Lead Designer & Project Manager I led the project from concept to launch — overseeing research, content strategy, luxury-style UI design, and full WordPress development with a custom theme.

Inlet Creek Capital came to us with a clear vision: to build a clean, modern, and luxury-branded website that reflected their expertise in multifamily real estate investing. With only minimal input and a few reference sites, they needed a team who could take ownership of the project from content generation to visual storytelling and development.

Our goal was to deliver a high-end digital experience that would position them as a trusted name in real estate, attract potential investors, and clearly communicate their investment philosophy and long-term value approach.

Luxury-Focused Visual Design: We crafted a high-end, minimalist interface in Figma — using generous white space, elegant serif typography, and a muted color palette to reflect prestige, trust, and clarity.

Custom Content Creation: We developed the full content architecture, including service descriptions, investment approach, mission statement, and compelling CTAs — all designed to resonate with sophisticated multifamily real estate investors.

User Experience & Lead Generation: Every element of the site was strategically placed to guide visitors through the firm's value proposition, leading them toward inquiries and connections.

SEO Foundation: We structured content using relevant industry keywords and semantic hierarchy to ensure the site performs well in search engines.

Bespoke WordPress Development: The final site was developed using WordPress + Elementor and a custom theme to ensure top-tier performance, mobile responsiveness, and easy content management by the client team.
