Kajabi Leadership Author Website & Coaching Platform

OVERVIEW

A leadership author, speaker, and coach needed a Kajabi platform that could bring his weekly content, videos, podcast, book, coaching framework, personal story, social proof, and learning offers into one branded experience.

CHALLENGE

The website needed to support both a personal brand and a growing content ecosystem. Visitors had to understand the leadership promise quickly, subscribe, explore long-form content, discover the Leadership Factory, and move toward books or learning offers without the page feeling like a collection of unrelated promotions.

MY ROLE

I designed the Kajabi website hierarchy and customer journey, connecting thought-leadership content to subscription and offer discovery. I organized the visual system, page sections, proof, and calls to action around how a new visitor builds trust in an author-led brand.

PROCESS

I started with the central leadership promise and arranged the experience around progressively deeper engagement: subscribe, watch, explore the author's content, understand the Leadership Factory, review the book and story, then move into a course or coaching path. The black, white, and gold system keeps multiple content types visually connected.

OUTCOME

The completed Kajabi platform gives the leadership brand one cohesive home for audience growth, authority-building content, and offer discovery. No subscriber, sales, enrollment, or conversion metric is claimed.
