Kajabi AI Coaching Assistant Integration for Leadership Programs

Overview

A leadership coach needed to introduce a custom GPT-based coaching assistant inside selected Kajabi learning products. The paid pilot covered two masterclasses and one course, beginning with a duplicate of “From Doing to Being” so the existing learner experience could remain untouched while the integration was tested.

The assistant needed to live inside Kajabi lessons or product pages, follow the client's coaching logic, remember context only during the active session, and offer a transcript at the end. The pilot also needed to test multilingual subtitles without changing unrelated live content.

My Role

I mapped the Kajabi-side implementation and pilot environment, including product duplication, theme application, embed placement, the Bubble/OpenAI handoff, session-memory rules, transcript delivery, and subtitle quality assurance. The source brief records payment, platform access, project inputs, and the first product selected for the pilot.

I separated the pilot from the live learning products, defined the content and prompt inputs, mapped the user-message/API-response loop, specified how conversation context would be passed during a session, and documented transcript and subtitle testing before wider rollout.

The project reached an implementation-ready pilot state with payment, Kajabi access, prompt materials, API details, video test content, a purchased product theme, and the first test product documented. The source does not verify a public launch, so this case is presented as paid integration architecture and pilot setup.
