Axiom is an advanced, high-efficiency AI Meeting Assistant dashboard designed specifically for fast-moving product teams. The platform's primary value proposition is to eliminate the heavy administrative overhead of manual note-taking and disorganized post-meeting follow-ups. By capturing critical team decisions, action items, and structural insights in real time, Axiom transforms chaotic conversation into structured, actionable workflows. The objective of this project was to design a clean, intuitive, and hyper-functional dashboard interface that streamlines corporate collaboration.

Most AI-driven transcription and productivity dashboards suffer from information overload. When a meeting assistant captures everything, the user interface quickly becomes cluttered with dense text, long timelines, and poorly categorized notes. The core UX/UI challenge for Axiom was to design an intuitive digital experience that can process heavy real-time speech data, complex action item structures, and multi-user interaction profiles, all while maintaining absolute visual clarity and lower cognitive friction for busy product managers.

Frictionless Follow-Up Flow: Designed an intuitive integration panel that allows users to instantly push AI-generated task cards directly into external engineering and design team backlogs (e.g., Jira, Notion, Linear).
