A financial services company that manages the trust funds of companies for their employees, and pride themselves on placing focus on the individuals within the fund instead of a blanket approach across the whole fund - has requested Mint to propose and create a solution to replace their current process and solution that is heavily reliant on a financial advisor’s manual input. The client would like to give trustees and fund members the opportunity to be able to test different scenarios to see how the impact of changes will affect their outcome in the fund as well as provide real time reports to trustee and fund members via a customer portal. The solution consisted of multiple parts that created the overall solution. The main interface that is used by the financial services company, their consultants, their members, and their trustees is an MVC web application.
