Smart Scanning Solution

Partnering with a solution partner to provide a smart scanning solution to allow the client to capture and fulfil the contractor registrations process. The process, pre the solution, required several documents to be submitted and then manually captured and categorized on the system which was extremely time consuming. The Smart Scanning Solution allowed for the client to scan all the documents and the system would read the hand written information off of the document and populate this into the system, the system also included the business rules to categorize the contractor into the different levels.
