This project involved a comparative bioinformatic and literature-based analysis of non-coding RNA (ncRNA) biomarkers—including microRNAs, lncRNAs, and circRNAs—associated with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). I conducted a comprehensive review of recent datasets, peer-reviewed studies, and meta-analyses to evaluate the diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic relevance of selected ncRNAs. My responsibilities included scientific writing, visual data representation (tables/figures), and formatting the manuscript per journal standards. The final study highlights key biomarker candidates for clinical translation and was submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed Q2 medical research journal in collaboration with an Italian research group.
