Conceptual Framework for XAI in BFSI

This project presents a detailed and structured conceptual framework developed in Excel, aimed at identifying and analyzing key components of Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The framework was created as part of an exploratory research study to map out the critical factors, stakeholders, and technological elements influencing XAI adoption in high-stakes financial environments.
