Event planning is a challenge for everyone, and Covid-19 restrictions only added to the difficulty. My church community, like many others, struggled with a lack of peer connections and was eager to reconnect as restrictions began to lift. Aligning schedules is already difficult, but it becomes disheartening when people cancel at the last minute. This demotivates even the most dedicated community organizers, making them feel their efforts are wasted.

To tackle this, I developed an application using JavaScript, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets. This tool enabled event creators to quickly build registration forms and gain visibility into likely attendance. By ensuring that the organizers' efforts were meaningful and productive, the app reinvigorated community engagement.
