We saw an opportunity to integrate these issues into design by enhancing a company’s marketplace, making it more impactful for sellers and consumers. Our goal is to revitalize the brand, transforming the platform into a space where small businesswomen thrive through income generation.

This project aimed to enhance the consumer experience across all brand touchpoints. Improving interface usability was key, ensuring clear information and a smooth user journey. Issues like redundant buttons, unnecessary tabs, and poor layout organization were identified and addressed to optimize navigation.
