A self-initiated concept series — and a deliberate test of one hard problem: can eight completely different characters feel like a single, coherent collection? Eight ceremonial masks, each embodying one archetypal human force — greed, rage, wisdom, unity and more — built in a dark-luxury register drawn from Japanese mythology. Produced through a controlled AI generation pipeline and finished by hand in Photoshop, with one unified palette, material language and lighting across the entire set. That consistency is the whole point. A striking single image is easy; the real skill is a visual system where every piece belongs to the same world. This series is the foundation of the KAISHIKU universe and demonstrates character design, art direction and collection-scale coherence.
