Customer Service Assistance

I have been working in the customer service industry for nearly a decade and have the skills to assist with these needs. My college and personal experiences have included researching and experimenting with the most pleasing methods of interacting, branding, and showcasing products and services. I believe that the "customer is always right" approach is only one way to settle disputes and implement a more interactive, informative method which encourages continuous improvement.
