Jobsity in Action: Driving B2B Tech Growth with a Multi-Leveraged Content Engine
Client: Jobsity, a B2B staffing company providing nearshore tech talent to US companies
My Role: Content Marketing Manager
Timeline: June 2023–March 2024 (Conceptualized, launched, and managed)
THE CHALLENGE
Jobsity, a B2B tech staffing firm, needed to:
Elevate mid-funnel engagement and improve conversion rates from long-form assets like eBooks.
Differentiate its nearshore talent ("Jobsitizens") and clearly articulate their unique value.
Strengthen social proof and gather use cases efficiently, overcoming bottlenecks in obtaining direct client testimonials.
Boost organic visibility and content production velocity with high-quality, SEO-leveraged content.
THE SOLUTION
I conceptualized and spearheaded "Jobsity in Action," a multi-purpose content series transforming in-depth interviews with Jobsity’s tech professionals into core strategic assets. The strategy focused on:
Humanizing Talent & Providing Authentic Social Proof: Showcasing Jobsitizens' skills, projects, and long-term retention, offering credible insights directly from the talent delivering services.
Creating Modular Content for Multi-Leverage: Designing each interview as a source of "content modules" (quotes, data, project details) for efficient repurposing across diverse marketing assets.
Driving Full-Funnel Engagement: Utilizing SEO-driven blog posts from the interviews as primary mid-funnel content to engage prospects and strategically drive traffic to targeted, bottom-funnel assets (client success stories, trend reports, case studies).
Enhancing Brand & Attracting Talent: Positioning Jobsity as a provider of high-caliber staffing solutions and an employer of choice for premier talent.
This initiative enabled increased, consistent output of authentic, engaging content with manageable team effort.
EXECUTION & LEADERSHIP
As Content Marketing Manager, I provided end-to-end leadership:
Conceptualization & Strategy: Developed the initial concept and strategic goals (lead gen, brand positioning, sales/talent enablement); pitched to and secured buy-in from marketing leadership and key stakeholders (C-suite, Sales, Client Success).
Content Planning & Execution: Created and managed the editorial calendar; led content creation by brainstorming features, conducting most interviews, writing most blog posts, and ensuring rigorous SEO (keyword research, on-page & technical best practices).
Resource & Team Management: Managed the content pipeline, delegating to a Senior Copywriter and overseeing/providing feedback to graphic/AV designers and a marketing assistant.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & ABM Elements: Liaised with Sales & Client Success to identify key talent/projects, aligning features with strategic industries (EdTech, SaaS, HealthTech) based on C-suite/Sales directives and using ABM principles for content targeting.
Multi-Channel Distribution Oversight: Directed promotion across email (writing copy, coordinating schedule), social media (reviewing content/schedule), and paid ads (providing copy for RSAs/RDAs).
Performance Monitoring & Iteration: Continuously monitored content impact using SEMrush and Google Analytics, translating data into actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
RESULTS & IMPACT
The "Jobsity in Action" series became a cornerstone of Jobsity's content marketing, delivering significant results across multiple functions:
Improved Lead Generation & Quality: Directly increased MQLs and enhanced lead quality by effectively nurturing mid-funnel prospects towards conversion assets.
Enhanced Website Engagement: Achieved notable uplift in key website metrics, including more users, increased session time for series content, and higher CTRs to gated assets.
Strengthened Brand Perception & Differentiation: Effectively humanized Jobsity's talent and provided compelling social proof, differentiating the company by showcasing the caliber, dedication, and client impact of its "Jobsitizens."
Valuable Sales Enablement: The rich interview content from "Jobsity in Action" was actively repurposed, as part of my comprehensive content strategy, to significantly improve the quality, detail, and credibility of bottom-funnel assets often shared by the sales team. These long-form assets helped secure new contracts and expand existing ones.
Supported Talent Acquisition: Attracted top tech talent by showcasing successful peer experiences.
