Initial Overview - looking through the website to get to know the brand and the women behind it
Podcast - diving into the content and purpose of the brand while getting a feel for the personalities of founders in order to shape the content to come
Questions - discussing what the founders want to get out of their social media content and the community they have already begun to build
External Analysis
Competition - looking for any companies that have similar offerings and creating a differentiation plan if needed
Social Media - both hashtag research and hashtag development took place in order to optimize the content being created
