Handprint's self-service marketplace is empowering purpose-driven businesses to make a social impact through our platform.
To enhance the experience, I led a redesign that streamlines the process, making it even easier for clients to find and pledge to impactful projects.
THE PROBLEM
85% of projects left underfunded
Based on our data, we've observed numbers of clients concentrate their pledges on the same featured projects, leaving the rest underfunded.
Combining insights from data analytics (Mixpanel and Hotjar) and user interviews, I’ve broken down the problems:
