| Our Client

Stobi Winery, located in Gradsko, is one of the most recognisable Macedonian brands now found in international markets. Although Stobi only released their first vintage in 2010, it’s a well funded venture that is likely to make an instant impact with consumers. Stobi’s wines are clean, modern and well packaged, with vivid references to Macedonia’s ancient archaeological and cultural heritage. Stobi only produce wines from their own vineyards and as such is the first. With an average age of twenty years these vineyards are now at an optimum age for producing a good healthy crop of fruit capable of producing good quality wines at all price levels.

| The Problem

Stobi has recently re-designed their existing web site, striving to market their brand among their consumers. Part of their marketing goals is to create the first single winery e-shop on the market in Macedonia. Their goals are to ease the access to their wines for everyone and attract new consumers.

Based on the information we received , me and my team worked closely to create the best solution for Stobi. Part of my responsibilities were:

| Defining the goals

Based on the thorough analysis of the project’s brief and the stakeholder’s interview, as well as the users/consumers interviews and surveys, we determined two objectives:
Implementing the stakeholder’s vision and brand and strengthen their presence in the market
Attracting new consumers/users with innovative and interesting offers

| Loyalty program, subscription and quiz

The research helped us determine what functionalities will be helpful on the e-shop. The loyalty program and the subscriptions will be beneficial to the loyal consumers and new consumers will benefit from the quiz that will help them find the best wine fit for them.

| Shopping cart

With the shopping cart, our goal was to craft an intuitive and minimalist shopping cart that ensures accessibility and comprehension for all users. Additionally, we aimed to enhance the user's connection to the winery by incorporating a unique "order received" message, encapsulating the winery's essence.
