Challenge: Equip trainers to effectively deliver the complex DDA 40 Hour CORE curriculum in a virtual environment.

Solution: Designed and implemented a 2-week, 40-hour virtual Train-the-Trainer program. This program equips participants with the skills and confidence to lead engaging and informative virtual sessions for the DDA curriculum.

Key Features:

Blended Learning Approach: The program seamlessly blends instructor-led live sessions with independent study activities, fostering deeper learning and knowledge retention.

Progressive Delivery: Live sessions transition to more self-directed learning as the course progresses, empowering participants and enhancing flexibility.

Interactive Activities: Group teachbacks, recorded presentations, and discussion forums promote active learning and peer-to-peer interaction.

Scalable & Adaptable: The program utilizes readily available online platforms and provides facilitators with adaptable resources, ensuring a successful training experience regardless of teaching style.

My Role:

As Project Manager, I spearheaded the development of this program from ideation to implementation. This included:

Curriculum Development: Collaborated with subject matter experts to tailor the DDA curriculum for a virtual training environment.

Technology Selection: Researched and selected appropriate online platforms to facilitate interactive learning activities.

Resource Creation: Developed comprehensive facilitator guides, participant materials, and engaging learning activities.

Logistics Management: Oversaw program scheduling, participant onboarding, and communication throughout the training.

Pilot Facilitation: Facilitated initial offerings to ensure course met standards and feedback was incorporated.
