Rapid LMS Implementation for Healthcare Non-Profit

Challenge: A healthcare non-profit faced a critical need to transition their in-person employee training to a virtual environment. Budget constraints and the urgency to maintain staff compliance with safety and certification requirements added to the pressure.

Solution: I led the development and implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) with virtual training modules. This project ensured continued employee education, client safety, and regulatory compliance.
