VisaPal is an AI-driven assistant designed for Africans to simplify and humanize the complex process of visa applications. Built in Figma Make, VisaPal leverages conversational AI and an intuitive interface to guide users through eligibility checks, document preparation, and application tracking all in been delivered in one place.

Our goal was to replace anxiety with clarity by designing a product that feels approachable, reliable, and precise, while embodying the principle of “less, but better.”

For many Africans, applying for visas is stressful, confusing, and time-consuming. Requirements vary, timelines are unclear, and there’s very little real-time support. Applicants often feel lost and uncertain during one of the most important journeys of their lives. Visa applications are often overwhelming especially in Africa, confusing requirements, fragmented information, and endless paperwork. Applicants frequently experience:
