📝 Our process
User Flows & Requirements
Core flows: create/assign route → navigate → proof-of-delivery (photo/signature/barcode) → completion.
Allies flow: onboarding, accept/decline, beginning/completing a delivery
Edge cases: location off, reordering stops, partial deliveries, returns.
Design System (Figma → App)
Mobile-first components: route list, stop card, map overlays, bottom sheets, toasts.
States for reality: loading, partial success, retry, offline banner, GPS degraded, permission needed.
Release & Operations
Beta → GA pipeline: internal build, pilot cohort, staged rollout, full release.
Observability: crash reporting, performance traces, route KPI board, alert thresholds.
Feedback loop: in-app “report an issue,” session replay on consent, weekly triage.
🌐 Marketing Site: Designed & Built in Lovable
We built the app first because operations win in the field, not on a landing page. Once we began testing, we needed an asset that could keep up: a public face that explains Convade in 30 seconds, proves credibility, and captures demand.
Lovable gave us exactly what we needed. We set the brand, Lovable brought it to the web, and we launched.
