Scaled Heveya UAE with Google & Meta Ads, boosting conversions by 108%, AOV by 28%, & repeat purchases by 17% with data-driven ad strategies.
ABOUT BUSINESS:
Heveya, a Singapore based company specializing in eco-friendly bedding products, aims to expand its target market to the UAE. Since the expansion, we helped them to increase its market share and raise brand awareness among environmentally conscious consumers in the UAE. The goal was to drive online conversion through targeted advertising, emphasizing the sustainability and quality of their products.
CHALLENGES FACED:
Since they are new in the market they were unable to find the right demographic and their consumer behaviour. We helped them to figure out the right communication on how to speak to their audience in UAE market.
SOLUTIONS PROVIDED:
The strategy we used to excel the performance of this brand to ~84% in Q4'23 & Q1’24 is a highly targeted keywords list which we later divided into keyword theme based ad-group.
To scale this brand, We utilized both Search & Performance Max campaigns. Tailored Search campaigns help us to maintain the cost per purchase whereas performance max helped us to get maximum conversions/purchase.
Part of the strategy, we analyse previous months data and segregate top selling products & categories to launch in a new pmax campaign with enable feed with higher budget.
RESULTS ACHIEVED:
The integrated campaign approach led to a notable increase in conversions from the website by ~108%. Increase AOV rate by ~28%. Increase repeat purchase rate by ~17%.
