Sneakersouqq is a Dubai-based e-commerce brand that offers premium sneakers and streetwear to fashion-forward customers. With a focus on authenticity, variety, and timely delivery, Sneakersouqq set out to establish itself as a go-to marketplace for sneakerhead and streetwear enthusiasts.
CHALLENGES FACED:
Starting from Scratch: As a new brand in the competitive e-commerce space, Sneakersouqq faced the challenge of building its presence from zero while aiming for fast growth.
Competitive Landscape: Competing in a saturated market with several established players required a sharp focus on differentiating the brand through creative strategies and targeted communication.
Maximising ROAS: With a limited budget, the brand needed to see a high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
Ad Campaign Pauses: April to May campaigns were paused due to personal constraints and website issues. This downtime impacted momentum, requiring a stronger restart in June.
