Dealer locator; Audi Ireland

Worked with the team at Audi via Modus Create to redesign the Dealer search app in order to achieve the following goals;

Make it easy for Audi’s customers to find dealers to buy or service their vehicles.

Help Audi sell more cars.

Help Audi’s partners connect more with their customers.

Some of my work included;

Conducting competition benchmarking to understand user behavior in order to design a familiar experience for our users since we didn't have enough data to uncover current user behaviors.

User Journey/flow optimization.

Contributing to the UI re-design of the interface.

Usability Test/Design QA to improve functional of the app

Worked with Marketing Agency to redesign and test the new map pins.
