Balealhouse Direct Rental Platform Development

Alexander Ponamoriev came to us at the beginning of 2021 with a need to redesign their website on WP. As we took a dive into his needs and talked more about his problems, we uncovered that the main problems were lying deeper than just website redesigning. As we understood, Balealhouse had some real estate that they wanted to rent to people directly, to swift from the middle-man vendors like Airbnb and Booking.com, as those 3rd party vendors ripped a big part of Balealhom's revenue.

So, with our consultation and expertise, we decided to build a system that will: 1) allow people to rent property directly from the owners. 2) allow owners to place their real estate for renters/buyers. 3) Helped manage those properties on both sides. In general, we transferred a small idea to redesign the website into a revolutionary platform creation on PHP Laravel for the backend and JS for the front, which helped people reduce costs on the 3rd party providers and comfortably rent/order the real estate property. As the product continued to evolve, we added a smart house integration. That created an automated smart lock password system to ease up owners' and renters' communication and security on the properties. Our main goal to swift vector by using middle-man vendors in the area was reached mostly, but some part of people still used those services to reach Balealhome's property, so we also integrated APIs from AirBnB and booking.com to help the client team manage those requests that renters left on the competitor's websites.
