I started creating this merchandise after experiencing ageist microaggressions in the workplace. I was often assumed to be a student and treated as such, when I was actually a full time staff member. I joked on my personal Facebook page about getting a shirt that says "I'm not a student. I work here." A few industry colleagues said they would purchase said shirt, so, I made it myself. And thus, baby faced boss brand was born!
I designed the logo, the product graphics, drafted the copy for the product descriptions, and created social media content.
