Banking App

This is a banking app UX/UI design project that I worked on. The app can be used to do a variety of tasks such as checking a balance, making a transfer and saving money. One of the challenges of designing a banking app is balancing convenience with security.

For the quantitative research, I carried out a survey to find out about what users expect from a banking app. For the qualitative research, I interviewed people who had experience with a online banking.

Users would like to save money for specific things

Users would like to easily transfer money

Users would like to see a tick showing that their payment has been successful

Users would like the option of seeing a calendar view of their transactions

Users would like to see graphs giving them insights into their income and spending

Users would like the option of easily contact the bank

Signing in and out

As a user I want to securely sign in and out of the app

Making a transfer
