About the Project

HelloTracks faced a significant user retention challenge with their app’s onboarding process, only 83 out of 10,000 sign-ups (*Stats are from the time we worked on the project) made it to the product’s interior. Their goal was to streamline the process, reducing friction and increasing user engagement.
We focused on simplifying the user onboarding experience by reducing the sign-up steps from 17 clicks to just 7. Along with this, we gave the app a fresh, modern design to improve usability and make the interface more intuitive for users.

The design was all over the place. There were 17 steps in the onboarding that were the real cause of the massive dropoffs!

We focused on simplifying the user onboarding experience by reducing the sign-up steps from 17 clicks to just 7 (we had to move some of the requirement gathering steps like geofencing at the second and third session of user login). Along with this, we gave the app a fresh, modern design to improve usability and make the interface more intuitive for users.

Social Media posts and APP icons (Both paid + organic)

As part of the major Redesign and Branding project, we designed a series of social media posters aligned with HelloTracks’ two-month content calendar. These designs focused on engaging users, promoting key features, and driving app downloads.
