ITRAN Development is a real estate developer focused on building large-scale residential communities in strategic locations across New Cairo.
I led the development of the brand identity, translating ITRAN’s vision of modern, community-driven living into a cohesive and scalable visual system.
The goal was to position ITRAN as a credible, forward-looking developer while maintaining a sense of clarity, trust, and long-term value.
Challenge
The real estate market in Egypt is highly competitive and visually saturated.
ITRAN needed a brand identity that:
Felt established and trustworthy, not generic
Communicated scale and long-term vision
Balanced professionalism with a contemporary, human tone
Could grow with the brand across multiple applications
The identity needed to work not just as a logo, but as a complete system.
Approach
I approached the project as a brand foundation design rather than a surface-level rebrand.
This meant:
Defining a clear visual direction rooted in meaning and symbolism
Building a flexible identity system rather than fixed visuals
Ensuring the brand could extend naturally into future applications
The concept draws from the meaning of ITRAN “stars in Amazigh”, using abstraction and restraint to express guidance, ambition, and clarity.
Brand Identity System
The final identity balances credibility, scale, and contemporary elegance, and includes:
Logo: Clean, minimal, and abstract, designed to feel timeless and adaptable.
Color palette: A restrained, confident palette supporting trust and sophistication while allowing flexibility across applications.
Typography system: Modern, legible type choices that reinforce professionalism and clarity.
Geometric pattern system: A pattern derived from star-mapping structures used in early civilizations, applied subtly across brand materials to suggest guidance, order, and interconnectedness without visual noise.
Visual language:
Subtle geometric references and structured layouts that reflect stability, growth, and direction.
The system was designed to function consistently across digital and physical touchpoints.
Outcome
The final result is a cohesive brand identity system that positions ITRAN as a trusted, forward-looking real estate developer.
The system provides strong recognition while remaining flexible enough to grow with the brand across future applications.
