Business owners thought accounting and bookkeeping are just classifying transactions and integrating bills and invoices but little did they know there are more behind numbers.
Advance payments for services are recorded directly as revenue which is very wrong. An annual insurance is directly categorized as expense for the month it was paid which should be not. These are just two of most common errors I usually found in books using my analytical skills.
DIY bookkeeping is a big no no for me.
