Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and business analysts, to ensure successful feature delivery.
User-Centric Focus: Advocate for the end-users, understanding their needs and pain points, and ensure that the product meets or exceeds their expectations.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes affecting stock trading platforms.
Release Planning: Participate in release planning, sprint planning, and daily stand-up meetings to provide guidance and answer development team questions.
Acceptance Testing: Review and approve completed user stories to ensure they meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze user feedback, conduct usability testing, and use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and product roadmaps.
