Digital project manager

Main responsabilities:

- managing different type of projects from scratch (from simple websites to complex web apps), using Agile techniques, based on SCRUM framework: sprint planning, sprint reviews, one on ones meetings and internal consulting (with team members / stakeholders, eliminating blockers) and reporting

- minimal client relationship management (just in delicate, technical problems/discussion)

- front and back end development and support

- regarding front end skills, I started to learn actual technologies (HTML5, CSS3, SASS, LESS, JS ES 6,7,8, React.js, working with console, configuring virtual machines)

- git + git hub (versioning, pull, push, etc)

- JIRA, Salesforce, ProCampaign

- large scale websites migrations, applying SCRUM

- developed wireframes with Balsamiq (but also comfortable with InVison and Adobe XD) for various projects

- now, I manage teams that are (the number of members and types are various: from front end developers, graphic designers to backend developers) on site or other locations
