Project Overview

Uniqued is a luxury travel agency based in Bariloche, Argentina, designing bespoke travel experiences across Argentina, Chile, and Mexico for high-end international travelers.
The existing website was outdated — full of aspirational copy but lacking the precision and structure needed to convert the right clients. The information architecture wasn't built for their actual audiences, and there were no clear contact points to drive conversions.
The redesign started with a strategic question: who is actually reading this, and what do they need to feel confident enough to book? From there, I rebuilt the site from scratch with three distinct sections for three distinct audiences — high-end travelers (B2C), international agencies seeking a local DMC partner (B2B), and corporate clients planning events or film productions in Patagonia. Each section has its own copy, tone, and direct contact path.
The result is a premium site that feels precise, not just beautiful — with clear service offers and multiple touchpoints driving conversions across all three audiences.

The Goal

One of the core challenges of this project was the sheer volume of content Uniqued needed to present — dozens of experiences, across three countries, for audiences with very different needs and intentions. Presenting everything on a single page would have created an overwhelming, cognitively dense experience that works against the premium feel the brand aims for.
The solution was to give each country its own dedicated page — Argentina, Chile, and Mexico — allowing users to navigate only what's relevant to them, without endless scrolling or information overload. Each country page was designed around an interactive map, surfacing regional highlights, curated experiences, and key information in a visual and intuitive way. The result is a site that feels spacious and considered, no matter how rich the content behind it.

Metrics

From Google Search Console
The site is gaining organic traction across international markets with no paid advertising.
330+ impressions/month from organic Google search — across 19 countries
Homepage ranking position 3.1 for branded and luxury travel queries
6.3% average CTR — above industry average for luxury travel (typically 2–4%)
International reach: clicks from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, India, Chile, Italy, Iceland and Finland — validating the site's multilingual architecture
Top performing page: homepage with 240 impressions and 7% CTR
/argentina page already indexing with 12.5% CTR — the country-specific architecture is working
USA showing 111 impressions — the highest volume market, with room to grow as SEO matures
