Building the design team from scratch (including setting up software such as Azure Devops, Jira, Figma, Miro, etc.);

Coordination of team activities and projects (creation of sprints);

Weekly updates to stakeholders;

Project management of research and design projects;

Regular interaction and support with cross-functional teams such as operations, marketing, HR, etc.;
