Between my main tasks, I was responsible for:
Building the design team from scratch (including setting up software such as Azure Devops, Jira, Figma, Miro, etc.);
Coordination of team activities and projects (creation of sprints);
Weekly updates to stakeholders;
Project management of research and design projects;
Regular interaction and support with cross-functional teams such as operations, marketing, HR, etc.;
Team management duties such as feedback delivery, being involved in the hiring process of new members, task coordination and follow-ups, etc.

The main projects my team worked on were:
MVP - UI: Website & mobile app redesign;
Design System creation;
Market research.
Objective
Re-design the users' touchpoints, such as the website and mobile app, considering the fast changing services offered by the company.
Challenge
How to reflect the company's services in the user interfaces while keeping up with the fast-pace of the business requirements.
