Objective
The goal was to offer an easy-to-use and intuitive structure to the old knowledge base.
Challenge
How to achieve the goal despite of tool and budget limitations.
Solution
Thanks to research, I discovered the main users' pain points that allowed me to create the new knowledge base.
The users
The IT team was consolidated by 6 members who were using the knowledge base at least once a day.
My role
I was the UX designer, responsible for end-to-end design process. I worked side by side with the IT chapter lead, to whom I escalated issues.
