The Client

My client is an award winning car detailing and auto spa services business in Utah, offering services such as paint protection and window tinting. With a certified and detail-driven installation team, they’ve provided the highest level of quality and service over the past 11 years to provide customers with the ultimate protection for their vehicles.

The Problem

Having run Google Ads search campaigns for over a year, they constantly faced challenges generating good quality leads from PPC campaigns. Conversion rates were low and cost per lead was too high to justify their return on ad spend.

Facing this issue, I was engaged to strategise and relaunch paid search campaigns from scratch.

At the beginning of the project, the client provided a detailed brief on their company goals and positioning.

The Outcome

I began working on creating an effective Google Ads campaign strategy, alongside landing page recommendations. This included in-depth keyword research to identify high intent searches in their field and writing ad copy that resonates with their target audience. 

Since the new campaigns were launched, I’ve been able to reduce their cost per lead by 40%, driving 95% more conversions in the first 2 months alone.
