Delivering a unified, high-performance experience across Web, iOS, and Android using a single codebase. The project required handling complex data filtering and ensuring real-time synchronization between thousands of active users.

Full-Stack Flutter: Developed a single-codebase solution using Flutter for Web and Mobile, ensuring feature parity and consistent branding across all devices.

Real-time Architecture: Leveraged Firebase Firestore and BLoC to manage live updates and complex nanny availability states.

Smart Filtering System: Built an advanced search engine within the app to match families with caregivers based on specific, multi-layered criteria.

Growth Tools: Integrated Firebase Dynamic Links to allow families to share specific profiles externally, significantly boosting platform virality and user acquisition.

Successfully launched a stable, scalable marketplace across three platforms (App Store, Play Store, and Web). The solution provides a seamless journey from browsing to connection, maintaining high performance under heavy traffic.
