AWS-based Bus Booking Platform for the African market!

I worked on transforming a traditional WooCommerce store into a complete seat-based bus booking system.

Key Contribution

I customized the WooCommerce architecture to support:

💺 Seat-based bus booking (AJAX-based seat counting) 🛒 Custom product & cart logic with session-based booking experience 🎟️ Booking-specific workflows 💳 Customized checkout experience 📱 User-friendly booking experience with jQuery plugins that calculate scores based on client choices

The goal was to take the flexibility of WooCommerce and adapt it to a completely different use case — bus transportation and seat reservations.

This project was a great experience in pushing WooCommerce beyond traditional eCommerce and building custom business logic around it.
