Problem Statement

BIAT’s old website, with its cluttered design and outdated features, hindered product discovery and user satisfaction, leading to decreased engagement.

Simplify Navigation: Make it easier for users to find relevant banking services and information.
Enhance Visual Identity: Reflect BIAT’s reputation as a modern, professional, and trustworthy banking leader.

User Personas

The user persona section provides concise profile of typical BIAT users, offering insights into their demographics, lifestyle, preferences, and pain points related to food delivery services. These personas serve as valuable tools for informing product development and ensuring that BIATh effectively meets the diverse needs of its target audience.

Possible solution

A UX redesign will focus on simplifying the layout, enhancing visuals, and introducing better navigation and filtering capabilities. By creating a more intuitive, clean, and visually appealing interface, users will be able to easily explore and access BIAT’s offerings. The updated design will enhance user satisfaction, improve product discoverability, and ultimately strengthen the connection between BIAT and its users, making banking more seamless and engaging.

The BIAT design system was created to ensure visual consistency, scalability, and accessibility across the platform. Using Open Sans for its clean and modern readability, the system establishes a professional yet approachable tone. The color palette combining a bold primary orange (#FA6300) with deep blue (#FCB485) and neutral greys conveys trust, stability, and innovation, key values in the banking sector. Each element, from typography to component structure, was designed to simplify user interactions while maintaining a refined and cohesive digital identity.
