Lowa is a job portal that connects you with job opportunities based on your interests, simplifies the hiring process with an ESCROW system for secure payments, and rewards work performed with experience points and badges to build confidence for future opportunities.

- Login / User registration

- Partial view of job offers (without registration) and full view of job offers (with login)

- Create a dashboard for employers and employees according to interest

- Create a job offer with title, role, salary, required skills, description, responsibilities and requirements.

- View applicants in job postings

- Reward users who complete their first job request with badgets

- View user profile with basic information, badgets and ratings
