Project Overview

Social Media Talks is a podcast initiative by Outwork Media’s CEO and his partner, designed to explore the ever-evolving landscape of social media and marketing. My role was to create a complete brand identity from ideation to execution, ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual language across all mediums. This included crafting the branding kit, social media assets, and video content, creating a seamless experience for both viewers and listeners.
The brand’s identity was inspired by the vibrant and fast-paced nature of the podcast’s themes. The color palette, typography, and design elements reflect the dynamic energy of social media while ensuring clarity and professionalism to appeal to a wide audience. The brand system was designed to work across digital and physical platforms, maintaining its visual integrity in various contexts.

Logo & Favicon Design

The logo design is inspired by audio waves, visually encapsulating the essence of a podcast while maintaining a minimalist and modern aesthetic. The vibrant pink and turquoise palette reflects energy, creativity, and approachability, while bold typography establishes trust and professionalism.

From promotional posters to branded merchandise, each touchpoint was designed to reinforce the podcast's vibrant personality and drive engagement with its audience.

Pattern Design

Custom patterns were designed to add a playful yet professional flair to the brand. These elements enhance the visual consistency across platforms and materials.

Social Media Assets

A strong digital presence was essential for Social Media Talks. From Spotify banners to Instagram posts, I ensured the brand’s identity was cohesive and engaging across platforms. The result is a seamless user experience that connects listeners with the brand instantly.

Video Editing

To enhance the podcast’s digital presence, I edited long-form videos for YouTube and short-form reels for social media. Each video adhered to the established branding, ensuring a cohesive look and feel while maintaining the audience’s interest.

The short-form videos, in particular, achieved viral success, with key highlights including: • 598K views on a single reel, surpassing typical reach metrics for a new brand • Several reels receiving 400K+ views, reflecting strong audience resonance • Overall boost in engagement, with viewers responding positively to the polished and professional content.
These results underscore the power of a well-executed brand identity and content strategy, driving visibility and engagement for the podcast's launch.
