Proprietary AI phone agent built for a recreational sports facility to serve two purposes:
1) Inbound - Used to alleviate staff from repetitive conversations, this agent could have multiple concurrent phone calls.
The agent was able to answer questions (trained on the facilities business and services), as well as qualify them and take them down a process of elimination to find the product best suited to their needs and then successfully create a booking in our booking software. This included capturing name, phone number, agreed upon date and time for booking based on available resources, and the activity/package of their choice.
2) Outbound - Used to make confirmation calls to customers before their booking. This agent phone the customer a few hours before their set start time to remind them of key information to remember about their booking, the store policies, safety waivers etc... but could answer any additional questions the customer might have including directions, further details about their booking, and total price.
Outbound workflow also included a Telegram notification step which produced a daily list of customers scheduled to call as well as real-time updates of calls and end of call reports with call summary and link to recording for review and quality assurance.
