Assistive AI Task Delegator

Developed an AI assisted task delegator to improve speed, collaboration, and enhance responsibility and task completion.

The agent worked as follows:

Delegator would trigger from a shortcut on the iPhone or Apple watch, something along the lines of "Andrew needs to publish the landing page by tomorrow at noon", which would then be processed

A ClickUp task would then be created with a descriptive title ("Finish landing page by tomorrow noon") as well as any additional context or information the delegator gave during the command, also setting the appropriate due date in ClickUp, and assigning Andrew to it

An AI phone agent would then call Andrew to inform him of the task that has been assigned to him, as well as the due date and any additional information, and direct him to check ClickUp for further details
