I engineered an innovative baby stroller combining sleek industrial design with robust mechanical safety. Using CAD, I developed a compact one-handed folding mechanism, integrated suspension chassis, and multi-position seat linkage. I applied strict DFM principles for aluminum extrusion and injection-molded joints, optimizing part counts for high-volume manufacturing. Following physical prototype testing for structural stability, I delivered detailed engineering drawings and photorealistic renders showcasing premium textiles and metallic finishes.
