I engineered a modern architectural cabinet knob that balances ergonomic grip with clean aesthetic lines. Modeled in CAD, the internal structure incorporates a reinforced threaded brass insert and anti-rotation positioning pin. I applied strict DFM principles for high-efficiency zinc die casting, optimizing draft angles and wall transitions. I delivered a complete CMF specification alongside precise 2D technical drawings with GD&T limits, finishing with photorealistic renders highlighting brushed, matte, and polished metallic finishes.
