I engineered a premium champagne stopper featuring a high-pressure locking clamp and an airtight silicone seal. Developing the concept from scratch in CAD, I optimized the internal expansion mechanism to securely withstand carbonation pressure. I applied strict DFM principles for high-volume zinc die casting and food-grade injection molding, ensuring tool safety and minimal assembly steps. The project concluded with luxury lifestyle renders showcasing the polished chrome and matte finishes in upscale bar environments.
