⭐️ Idea:
This project focuses on designing the BizFred Service Provider Page, a mobile-first, conversion-focused interface built to serve as a provider’s primary digital touchpoint. Unlike marketplace discovery pages, users typically arrive with intent through direct links, referrals, or shared profiles. The goal was to help visitors quickly understand the provider’s services, build trust, and submit a booking or request without unnecessary friction.
⭐️ Our Role:
We designed a clear, action-orientated provider page that combines the functionality of a digital business card, service overview, and booking interface in one streamlined experience. Our role included structuring the page layout, defining the UX hierarchy, and creating a modern visual design that highlights services, credibility signals, and the core booking flow while keeping the experience simple and mobile-friendly.
⭐️ Design Strategy:
The design strategy focused on users who already have interest in the service and need quick confirmation before taking action. We prioritised clarity of services, trust signals, and fast interaction by structuring the page around the booking/request experience. Supporting sections such as provider profile, gallery, reviews, and FAQs were placed strategically to reinforce credibility and help users confidently move toward submitting a request.

We design conversion-focused digital experiences for service platforms and startups, including provider dashboards, booking systems, marketplaces, and SaaS products. Our work covers UX research, product strategy, wireframing, UI design, prototyping, and usability optimisation to create seamless experiences that improve engagement and drive real user actions.
