Velour - Luxury Travel Management Dashboard Design

⭐️ Idea: This project focuses on designing a high-end Luxury Travel Experience Management Dashboard for elite travel agencies managing VIP clients, exclusive bookings, and curated experiences. The goal was to create a visually rich, editorial-style platform that blends the elegance of a luxury brand with the functionality of a powerful SaaS product—making complex travel operations feel seamless, refined, and intuitive.

⭐️ Our Role: We designed a premium, image-driven dashboard experience that prioritizes both aesthetics and usability. Our role included UX planning, information architecture, visual direction, and interaction design—ensuring that travel managers can easily oversee bookings, clients, and destinations while maintaining a high-end, concierge-level feel.

⭐️ Design Strategy: The strategy was built around visual storytelling, clarity, and exclusivity. We structured the dashboard to highlight key metrics such as bookings, revenue, and active clients through elegant KPI cards enhanced with soft shadows and subtle overlays.

A strong emphasis was placed on imagery, using high-quality destination visuals to create an immersive experience. The hero section introduces upcoming elite experiences, setting the tone for a premium interface. Bookings and destinations were designed using card-based layouts with rich visuals, allowing users to quickly scan and manage travel data.

We implemented a minimal sidebar with refined navigation and a clean top bar featuring search, notifications, and profile elements. Client management and experience packages were structured for clarity, enabling quick access to key details such as preferences, spending, and travel history.

The design system uses a modern luxury palette with soft ivory backgrounds, charcoal accents, and gold highlights—combined with Haffer HX typography for a refined, editorial feel. Micro-interactions such as image zoom, smooth transitions, and subtle hover effects enhance the overall experience while maintaining performance and usability.
