The FINAC mobile app was designed to bring seamless accounting management on the go, enabling users to handle invoices, expenses, approvals, and reports effortlessly. By simplifying complex workflows into a mobile-friendly interface, the app ensures accountants and managers can access real-time financial data, improving efficiency and decision-making anytime, anywhere.

Background

After successfully building the FINAC web platform, it became clear that a mobile-first solution was essential to meet the evolving needs of users. Accountants and managers needed on-the-go access to critical financial data, seamless expense tracking, and real-time approvals without being tied to their desks.
The goal was to translate complex accounting workflows into a simplified, mobile-friendly experience while maintaining the core functionality of the web app. The challenge lay in designing an interface that was intuitive, fast, and optimized for smaller screens, ensuring that both client-side users and internal accounting teams could manage tasks effortlessly.
