Calvary Hospital Group approached us with the goal of enhancing the user experience and refining the interface of their Australian enterprise website.

In this project, my responsibility and involvement revolved around enhancing the overall user experience, creating as enterprise-scale design system, wire-framing solutions and restructuring the information architecture.

I joined the project subsequent to the UX researcher conducting numerous user interviews and gathering data from the existing site.

The main goal was to streamline the journey for users who want to find information on the four primary services: hospitals, residential aged care, home care, and retirement living. This entailed reassessing the user journey to streamline the process of finding pertinent information. By creating a journey map, we were able to restructure the information architecture effectively.
