That's why I created a SaaS platform specifically designed for eCommerce marketplace management. With my experience as a user experience (UX) designer and extensive research on e-commerce trends, I identified a gap in the market for an all-in-one platform that provides comprehensive marketplace management tools to help businesses optimize their processes and maximize revenue.

My goal was to provide a user-friendly and intuitive platform that simplifies the complexities of managing an online marketplace. The platform would offer a centralized dashboard that allows users to access all the essential tools and features required for marketplace management. It would handle aspects such as product listing, inventory management, pricing, and shipping all in one place, eliminating the need for users to navigate multiple systems to manage their eCommerce store effectively.

A left-hand menu can makes it easier for users to access the tools they need without being overwhelmed by too many menu options. And, because left-hand menu options are so commonplace, it can create a more user-friendly and familiar experience for users.

Under each category, the specific tools are listed vertically. Each category can be collapsed and expanded as needed to conserve space, making the entire navigation element easy to view and access.

To access a specific tool, users can simply click on the category it belongs to, then select the tool from the dropdown menu under that category.

By placing documentation, resources, user settings, help, the log out button and the user account on the top navigation, users can access them from any page on the website or interface. This makes it easy for users to navigate these important features, without having to look for them.
